Before becoming an author, Steve Parker founded an award-winning cheese shop and restaurant and judged in national and international cheese competitions. Now he organises corporate and private food and drink tasting events and is a writer and speaker about his favourite subjects of cheese and wine, with a focus on the cheeses and wines of Britain.
