Aroma : Magnolia blossom, wild strawberry, buttered sourdough toast
Flavour : Strawberry, cranberry, lemon, yeasty

Further research for my next book 'London Cheese Guide' took me to Camden Passage in Islington where I found probably the best value cheese toasties in London (or anywhere) - hand made by Steve @pistachiopickle. Fabulous cheese counter as well and seating outside or upstairs. What a find!
