It is made using milk from 13 local farms who have supplied the creamery for many years. It has a soft, melt in the mouth texture and a mellow flavour similar to an Italian Gorgonzola. Perfect for lovers of traditional English blue cheeses like Stilton but is also enjoyed by people who prefer a milder flavour.
